fb flip bug on town lib still active after patch

just so you know.  again; any fb that is friendly to a contested town immediately flips to the other side on lib. this makes for quite awkward moments when axis/allied AOs are on adjacent or fb linked towns. 

no exceptions found; all contested towns, both sides, all the time.

also i am still experiencing the mission locked screen when an inf type runs out of supply on a mission

concure on both tonight. Last item you have to reset mission.. and FBs flip on lib happened tonight after taking two of three.

FB issue was not one of the items worked on with the last patch so we know that wasn’t fixed. We have to take a look at the mission issue again. Not sure if there is something else triggering it as well.
