Tried to fallback from Sedan - won't let us.  Even though we report overrun.

We both own and control Sedan, so how come we can't fallback?

.fallback tactic command has been broken for years and I don't know that they want to bring it or things like .haac back.

No, worked just the other day - something specific about Sedan.

And correct .haac should never return.

They had all but 2 or 3 facilities.  My guess is the dock is the culprit.
