I just noticed that there is no timer anymore when building mobile spawns. There used to be a cool down timer but not anymore,

I must have missed the update info on this. Need to find the etruck and kill it now as well.

There is a timer to build the fms but there is no cooldown timer.. I just checked through the history and there has never been one since cooldown was added.
