Can't spawn from spawnables

We are getting messages that the spawnable facilities are out of supply when we try to spawn from them.  This happened today for each spawn in BoZ and was reported to have happened yesterday at Oostmalle.  

 

The missions are going up properly so it's not that we are using the wrong garrisons or something.

It was strange it happened multiple times at BoZ today then all the sudden it worked from the roos spawnable after it didnt work 45 minutes prior

Wait until you see the bug that lets you spawn out of a spawn even though it has been recapped lol
