Unable to move FJ unit to Beauvais, says it is front line..... but it isn't...... ?
 

Also, no LW garrison unit is available there.

Hmm, don't see link CPs in either of those towns with name?
But do see some oddly named CPs.

yeah.. they need to be fixed. but the Beauvais-West CP links to SS-East CP.. When we add towns in the area that will change
