Just found a survey from CRS in my in box - cannot be answered since half the options are missing.

The only survey Currently live is the one regarding OS & ISP. What question are you referring to and which option is lacking?

The ranges of speeds.

For example, the possible answer options include 1-10 and 25-50 but not 10 - 25 etc etc. Half the possible ranges are not offered.
