Another bug?

How come Roermond shows french flag, but garrison is British?
Seen this with some other towns too.

Because it has a French brigade in it probably

The town of 'Well' is another town with this issue.

Wrong garrison and owner; they are not the same.

Mixed towns has seen some odd behavior in the past with Garrison vs Town Ownership. I let GM know what needs to be done to fix the current issues and I am sure they will take care of it when they are available. Will try to work with Dev on nailing down exactly why its doing that. Have to try and replicate it.
