USA short engineers?

All the other nations get 11 for 1 AB garrison, but USA only 10.   Is that correct?

US also gets no satchels for their standard issue rifleman, which makes taking out FMS far harder than it should be sometimes. 4 regular riflemen around... nothing to do but camp.

Should all nations get same number of engrs?  Is a key unit in game.

The Springfield rifle does get a charge, no?

And this game gives satchels to bolt-action, not semi-auto riflemen, so of course the M1 (standard issue) doesn't have one.

Springfield rifles were not standard issue, only rear area troops in the ETO would have had them, if any at all (more rear area troops would have had M1 carbines). The US is the only force where a group of the most common inf unit cannot take out a FMS.
