Hidden players while prone / crouched behind cover

I've noticed a bit if a issue that has been on going for many years now. And while yes it can fit within the Clipping genre, I dont consider it a At fault problem.

The issue I've seen is that when a player goes prone behind cover, whether it's a dirt mount, window, or a PPO foxhole, the player model becomes nearly impossible to see on the recieving end. The rifle, all of the face, and a most of the helmet will be behind that cover, where as a small portion (the tip) of the helmet is visible. But on that players point of view, they may be above such cover.

The problem can be heavily abused as well because those on the receiving end wont be able to see or do much of anything against it.

I've messed around with the LMG on the Training server, and it's more frequent with deployed weapons. If you deploy a LMG at a specific angle and distance, you can rotate your gun to have a full firing arc on a battle field, where as those on the recieving end may see your gun clipping through the cover itself and wont see a silhouette behind it.

Another issue, which is more frowned upon is the actual act of clipping. I recently came across some players who attempted to clip thier player into stair wells by deploying a LMG and aiming at a certain angle. While portions of thier body are still visible. If you have a corpse on the stairs, they wont be visible.

Infantry use different modeling program than everything else ingame uses. That also means inf use a different collider system than anything else ingame. We need coder time to work on that collision system that inf use. Ticket is there, needs a body, with knowledge in that area of code, and time to devote just to that 1 issue.

It is these sort of issues that the new players see....and wonder.  I am not sure if the dev time is worth fixing the original collider issue or replacing it completely with a modern implementation along with character animation.
