FMS randomly going down

why does this keep happening

i place fms's and they go down from nothing, no engineers, no brigade move, no nothing

Do you come from an ab or depot ? Could the depot have been taken by enemy ?

NOTHING!

FMS gets randomly removed!

I've had it happen a few times. I actually suspected a spy account tbh..  used 2 accounts and set up 2x FMS's to a town without setting EWS or having a AO set on that town.  And after about 30 minutes both my FMSs were dropped.

There was no change in unit, FB or AB.
