I see no Depot at all, the Flag Building is there, the spawn building is not.

Its there.. Just one of the magic tricks of the game that makes buildings disappear for some reason.. It was something Merlin fought to fix and realized that it just kept cropping up so its been passed to the Dev team for when a Dev is available to take a look at it.
