I was having an issue with my ram sticks and this mouse lock issue. After the repair to the ram, this outlying bug still persists. Every restart of the game there is a very slight pause in the keyboard then the mouse will bot select anything "on click"  the mouseover function still works when this occurs. If I CTRL-ALT-Delete out then back in it works fine but later on I will randomly lose mission status yet I can respawn but my bombs in a 111 do not register damage. I can text, be seen by players, even be shot down. I originally had the keyboard stutter issue that was brought forward but that is fixed it seems.
