Does the F9 screen shot no longer work or is it going somewhere new?  Maybe it's just me.

It should be in your Documents/wwiionline/screenshots

Not sure about Mac

Yup.  Should be, but no joy.  Not a Mac user.  Several older screenies in there, but none of the ones I took last night or this morning.  Checked keymap and it says F9.

Check the permissions on the folder. Incorrect permissions can prevent writing to a folder.

The Mac location is pretty well the same and can also suffer from incorrect permissions.

The generic location for screenshots is OS dependent but effectively:

This for whatever reason my windows machine sometimes decides that I really don't need write permissions anymore

I messed with it but it keeps resetting permissions, no matter what I do.  I just downloaded my old Fraps app and it works just fine.  Problem solved.

Can we please have a Bill Gates target to shoot at on the training server?   I would enjoy that about now.
