Returning after 15 years. Need help

So I started playing this game back in  2003 i think. I started a clan on the allied side called the 333 (_!_) and after a few years I went to the German side and started BST. When I logged in last night after 15 years i was no longer the CO of my clan, heck i was a Private lol. I don't  know who i need to reach out to in order to get this thing fixed but any help would be greatly appreciated.
