You can place charges on it all day - zero damage. 

How is it random terrain and bugs like this appear when they didn't exist previously? It seems very odd that there are little things like this that surface periodically - code for the game seems very brittle.

I reported the same thing yesterday :)
I was told that the Fb's are "locked" during mini-camp.

Would have been nice to have that info, spent a lot of time around Axis fbs Longwy :)
