The current intent is yes.  Though the exact when is a bit squishy.

It is very much a low priority at this time. We have a lot to do to get the game polished and there is no guarantee of a Mac release before we go on Early Access. It's something that we'll get to when we can. This has no bearing on the plan for 2.0 - we will have a Mac client built for that pre-launch.
