When multicrewing, pos no.4 machine gunner doesn't open hatch and stand up, you can still shoot, and the other crew member and people outside the unit can see the machine gunner stand up, but the in pos no.4 you are still inside the hull even though you can still shoot around. Not even looking down the sights works.
