Not Find This Game On The Steam Library

I am having a serious issue that I cant seem to solve it anymore. I just have started to play this game 'WWII Online' from Steam. But yesterday when I opened Steam for playing the game, I did not find this on the Steam library. I have no idea what could be the issue. Could someone please help me to solve the issue? Any kind of help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes I find the game, when I searched another browser or without sign in. But after signing when I searched it, I could not find it out.

But after searching online I came across this guide. I am a bit confused if this method might be helpful or not. If you suggest, it would be helpful. Thank you,

You would have to bring this up with Steam if you are having major problems. There are 2 types of login for WWII Online. Through Steam and through https://www.wwiionline.com/ the login details do not work with the other.
I see you are here so you must have a organic account through https://www.wwiionline.com/ why do you not just use that account to play.
 

I have Steam as well and after login I searched in the Store for "WWII Online" and it brought straight to the page where It told me "WWII Online is already in your Steam library" and I could click to play.
