For actions in combat during campaign 191. On 30 Oct 2022, Steelhail departed Gilze Airfield on mission 76817 as a Bf109E-4. During the course of the 39 minute mission, Steelhail closed with and decisively engaged enemy air forces ultimately scoring 6 kills vs enemy aircraft. This epic sortie has earned Steelhail the distinctive designation of Air Ace.

The actions of this service member were in keeping with the highest standards, and reflect credit upon the player, their country, and the Axis Forces.

thanks! it was great fun and I could feel the Ace as it was made. I couldn't have done it without the excellent teamwork and cover from fellow LW pilots unfortunately I got killed by enemy FlaK before I could RTB and assure the official ace mission.  Nothing more left to do then to get up there once again. Last campaign I had 4 EA kills with the 110-C4 and RTB. Maybe I'll get my first real ace mission in a 110 who knows...
