Seems to be, if flat, but there is still some angle to the 'flat' land, it won't allow to be set.

Probably need to relax the angle parameter.

@delems The rules associated with the object have certain limitations. Are you sure it's not just the object being too big and/or the vehicle + object being too tight up against other objects or inclines?

A video demonstration would be very helpful, even a screen shot. Very hard to determine the problem(s) without much context.

I drove all around the E road area, of Champion FB to St Hub.

Lots of 'flat' areas there, but slightly inclined overall.

Couldn't set anywhere for the most part.  Finally got a spot.

we set them all the time on various types of terrain grades. never heard anyone mention an issue like that. maybe .bug the area so tr6al (terrain dude as he lists himself on linkdin) so he can see if theres some bug with that terrain region

Completely BORKED and useless.

Driving all over, FLAT ground....  keeps saying angle to steep can't set.

I set at least one nearly every night... very rarely ran into a spot where I wasn't allowed to set due to terrain limitations.

Plus if I do get Red instead of Green, that spot probably would've been useless for a MAF anyway.

I checked your bug report location. The bottom of a valley may be flat, the side of a valley is not. The co-ords of the bug report are on a 10° slope.
