What is up with server?

Takes like 2 seconds to create a mission.

2 seconds to change towns.

And 2 seconds in and out of persona screen?

Game unplayable for me atm.

Lag everywhere I try to go changing missions etc.

Will try in an hour or two.

I had many CTDs, lag in map etc. in 2 hours during afternoon. Tonight it looked a little better, no problem but in the last hour I had your problems including many CTDs. I still haven't figured out if my connection or the new server on the east coast is to blame. Since the game uses it, the stability problems for me have sharply increased while maintaining the same connection.
