Forced Despawn Network 3 button

Can anyone tell me where the Netcode3 enable button is?  I have started to have an issue with forced despawn due to internet connection.  I am trying to follow the published fix process but when I go to Preferences>Connection> there is no Netcode3 button, just My Connection Preferences with a Network Route section and a Visible Player Limit section.  It's getting frustrating, any help would be appreciated.

ID you run a DX Diag and send it the support ticket system and put my name OHM in the subject line then i will get it.
