EPOS GSX 1000 - can't get the sound to work in this game only.

I recently bought a EPOS GSX 1000 speaker/headset switch.  I can get the sound to work for everything else, but for some reason the sound will not work for this game.  I changed the in sound game to the new device, still doesn't work.  I tried it with other games and it does work.  I'm I missing some setting to get the sound to work with this game?

Do you have your new device set to basic stereo headphone mode?

The in game settings area you used the drop down menu to select the new device? What if you select other devices on this drop down list (if there are any)?

While game is running did you double check 'windows volume mixer' to ensure the volume is turned up on ww2ol client

Also double check the settings in game to make sure the vol slider is turned up (incase it turned itself down for some weird reason)
