do you need 2 computers for tow account? was thinking about doing builder. I have a iMac with M1 chip

No.

Just copy/duplicate your initial wwiionline app. 

You can have both instances of the game running at the same time, builder and tow account.

Use your alt tab to switch between the two accounts, builder and tow account. 

I suggest not running anything else, except maybe discord if you use that, as alt tabbing between the game instances would be more efficient/manageable.

Having said all that, I am running an older intel iMac, but I don't see why this would matter with a newer machine.
