warthog throttle + stick + logitech pedals. pedals not recognized

we tried helping this guy he has WH throttle + stick + logitech pedals. Throttle+stick works, pedals dont.

pedals work in all other games he plays, works in windows too.

what we tried:

steam client, organic client

admin mode

installing drivers

restarting PC

removing throttle + stick, pedals only plugged in. restart game, nothing

detect controllers while removing and connecting pedals/throttle/stick, nothing

testing to see if the toe brakes would read, nothing

----

tried everything I can think of and tried it multiple times.

Only time we have not been able to help someone make something work.

Any ideas?

Update: we solved his issue with some creative work around.

This bot spam post above reminded me of this thread. I wanted to add that recently I too downloaded joystick gremlin and the other 2 things mentioned in this guide. It may take a lil time ~30min but once you set it up JG is amazing and makes everything easier afterwards. Not only does it solve the problem mentioned in this thread but it can also fix problems not possible in game like having old joystick with jitter or slop etc. Can use it to set hotkeys, adjust stick sensitivity and more.
