I have tried page up and down it does not work. I thought that was the key. Anyone?

check keymapper, its in the infantry category. press P while spawned in or click keymap tab while spawned out

What application are you trying to use Page Up and Page Down in?

In some apps (e.g., games, terminal emulators, or some text editors), these keys may be disabled or overridden by custom keybindings if you play PoE 2 Currency.

Try using arrow keys, or Ctrl + Up/Down, or look for a scroll bar to click and drag manually.
