Game not launching

I just bought a new computer, which has Windows 11.  After the download I check every box (C++, etc.) but playnet does not launch.  I do not use Steam for the game.  I have disabled firewalls and anti virus.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated .  Thank you

Besides submitting a support ticket, you might want to check if any system files are missing, such as ucrtbased.dll or msvcp140.dll.
