Discord Overlay not working

Logged in as administrator. Under game overlay I have enable overlay. WWiionline is enabled (Checked on). It's also a registered game. Voice widget avatar is set to small, Display names to always, and display users to always. 

 

Do I enable clickable regions? I tried and it doesn't do anything. 

It did say change graphics settings to borderless.

 

The keys to get the overlay up are shift + 0 which doesn't work.
