New rig questions

It's been awhile since I have built a gaming rig, and I have always built for the most bang for my low budget. I currently run an i3 7350k @ 4.2ghz(stock speed, not overclocked), 16gb of 3200mhz ram and a 4gb radeon AMD 560 graphics card. My budget is a little more flexible and I was thinking of upgrading. I have not shopped for computer parts since the last build, but I would at least like to upgrade my graphics card and get a clearer picture and be able to see better. I also run a sanyo TV as my monitor and would like to upgrade that to something with a 1ms response time. If anyone has some recent experience building new rigs, I was hoping I could get directed to build something to keep up with the times or just some suggestions that have helped others get a better picture in the game.

I dont like reddit for most things but for pc builds it is handy to check out old.reddit.com/r/buildapc to get a baseline for parts to ask about. The fact is that if you just want to play this game your current pc is probably fine. If you want to play modern AAA slop games then it may be good to upgrade.

I dont know much about intel cpu but it is possible that buying a gpu (I normally buy used ones) would be all you need for now
