My infantry man can’t jump on trucks or planes for a ride?

I am not sure where to get help with my issue so I am trying here? 
For about 4 plus months  - ever sense, one of the updates - not remembering which - my infantry man hasn’t been able to climb on board Trucks our games airlines planes. Once in a great while it might work “hop” on a Trumps truck but never the games airlines airplane. When I click on F or any other Key I have programmed in, it doesn’t make any difference it continues to just go from one side of the truck to other side. I have off loaded the game and done a reinstall to no avail. This has become very frustrating over the months and needs to have a solution “please “.
BTW: One more thing, sometimes with an update my key mapper will be deleted - all the programmed keys functions - are gone - and I will to have to reprogram most all of the keys and even after doing so some keys will not work properly “very frustrating” because of my dead brain cells trying to remember which key works what “help”.

I have tried my other keyboard and no success either.

Anyone else have this issue with key mapper?
