Tier 3 rolls in without the UK

Server is open and the campaign continues!  We are still diagnosing an issue with UK supply not rolling into Tier 3.  We are working a resolution but it won't happen tonight or maybe not tomorrow so in order to "play on" the UK have been removed from the map and replaced by the US.  So for now, the US and FR will be fighting the Axis all in Tier 3..  Once our issue is resolved, we will revert the map back to divided about in 1/3.  UK flags in England will remain UK for now.
