How do you move the chat box while in game? It can be moved before entering a mission, but not after. Recently when I enter the game the chat box starts with the bottom few lines below the screen - I can't see them. Any idea how this is happening?

Hold left shift + left alt to bring up cursor.

Place cursor over the chat window and hold left click while you move it.

Same with mini map and other hud elements.
