A few ground rules prior to the meeting:
Meeting will last approximately 60 minutes (we may extend beyond that as needed)
Follow-up meetings will be held (the group will help guide the direction & frequency)
We will listen to problems but be prepared to briefly discuss your solution(s)
Discussion is LIMITED to HC & Squad development and integration (game design or personal pet peeves will NOT be the scope of this meeting)
Senior Commands develops & implements Staff positions - end of May
Senior Commands trains OCS applicants with Joint Training Command - end of May
Retain/modify HC structures and fill ORBAT as needed - end of May
Organize large multi-squad and player population focused objectives and operations - ongoing weekly
Complete CRS requested admin - immediate
Continued participation and communication across both HC and during weekly CRS meetings - ongoing
The Operations, Development, and Game Management Teams will be working on the Training Server this coming Monday, 16 May 2022. The scheduled outage is for 2-hours. The team hopes that it will NOT be down that long but unforeseen things can happen.
PLEASE NOTE: When the Training Server is brought down, our Steam users will NOT be able to access the Training Server and this will also TEMPORARILY impact the Campaign Server. This means that EVERYONE online in the Campaign will be booted. The Campaign Server will then be brought back up and the campaign can resume while maintenance continues on the Training Server.
TOWN OWNERSHIP SERVER RULES:
This is of particular important with attacks and defenses prior to the campaign server coming down for maintenance. The rule to remember is this - if the defender OWNS the town and it is contested (TO INCLUDE ENEMY OWNERSHIP OF THE AB) when the server goes down, the defenders RETAINS ownership. If you are the attacker, you must own the town OUTRIGHT to retain ownership when the campaign server is brought back up. Partial ownership by the attacker does NOT equal full ownership when the campaign server comes back online so plan accordingly.
