1.29.0.15 (MAC) UI issues

In tutorial on "Movement" in the section about how sprinting causes your energy bar to decrease, only a horizontal row about two pixels tall decreased. The majority of the green bar stayed at 100%.

In tutorial on "Movement" the icon that shows if you are standing, crouched or prone never changes, just shows you standing all the time.

I also have had issues returning to the game screen to try new tutorials after finishing the "movement" section. It seems to freeze about every other time. Am I the only one? offline mode works fine but online seems to be issues with the UI.
