Exploding for No Reason

In two consecutive sorties while flying a French DB-7 and a Dewo 520 my aircraft exploded in midair for no reason. There were no other EA around and i was well off the ground. The DB-7 exploded at 2.5k alt and the Dewo exploded at 7.2k alt. I took off from Lille both times and both times I had witnesses tell me there was nothing in my flight path, I just blew up. Any explanation for this would be much appreciated.

The answer I got online was the dreaded POD

Yeah I don't have anything here. I'll keep an eye on reports for this and see if something comes together.
