Tested it on all panzers, its still 1 shot to track a tank.

Only the 4d and 4g are a bit harder since their sprockets are next to the hull but it still blows in 1 shot if you get it right.

Is this a bug? I mean, are they not supposed to be track-able by grenadiers?

As I understand the armor damage calculations, "one shot" has nothing to do with it. In WWIIOL each shot you take is 100% independent of other shots. Calculations are made, and if something happens, it happens. If not, the next shot is starting from scratch. There is no "weakening" of armor or whatever, so that the next shot succeeds.

So in reality every successful shot is a "one shot", it just might not be your "first shot".

Isn't that right?

Not with tracks.. track damage is added to each other.

Also with degunning the turret i think.

So you need to hit it 3-4 times with your gun to make it blow off..

Isnt too realistic but for gameplay reasons it was changed.

DOC told me grenadiering should be 3-4 nades now too but it is still 1 shot track.
