I just discovered something wrong with msp

When i set up a msp, i've a 60 sec delay before setting it down, but when removing mark on map, i can bypass this delay...

You need to be a ML but still weird to be able to bypass a tactical restriction

I would imagine this to be expected behaviour. One of the perks and responsibilities of being the ML.
