Setting.exe window frame shows #######

Click on setting.exe and the window opens as you expect.

However the window frame title (the blue on top of frame) has "########" instead.

Yep, was the same in .17 release to.

Top of the settings app has 7 #'s on it.

I pressume this is where it should be saying Settings.

I;m running 32-bit version of XP Pro, with SP3.

Mine shows as it should (ww2ol preferances).

Try changeing a setting and see if it actualy changes.

This used to be a common problem when the shortcut to the settings app got corrupted. Try deleting the shortcut and running the file directly.

Get the same thing.

The settings app works just fine, just see the odd hashes at the top insted of the word settings. Certainly not a major issue.

Hmm. This was an issue in the Settings.exe for .17 I think but it was fixed. Missing line in the loc file.

C:\Program Files\CRS\Battleground Europe TEST\DATA\loc\english\srttings.dtd
