1.29 chat window bug?

Sorry if this is the wrong place. Move it if it is.

Today i got a bit excited ingame and accidentaly dragged my cursor over the chat window. When i did this i also leftclicked so the window moved. Now everytime i spawn in my chat window is under my "horizon", which means that i cant see what im typing. I have to adjust my window every time i spawn in.

Its fine when im at the map.

Bug or did i miss the memo ? ;-)
