Laffly tyre loss

Tested on training server.

German rifle firing at Laffly, right front tyre, from slightly to the rear.

3 or 4 bullets into right front tyre causes all 3 tyres on the right side to be blown off. Other trucks require the other tyres to sustain damage as well.
