I'm getting this repeatedly... ran it several times and get same result each time

Test Starting.

Test 1: Auth Pri -OK- 58ms

Test 2: Main Pri -OK- 59ms

Test 3: Main Alt -OK- 101ms

Test 4: Main PingPri WSAE:: Connection refused (10061)*** FAILED: Connect failed

Test 5: Main PingAlt WSAE:: Connection refused (10061)*** FAILED: Connect failed

Test 6: Main Chat WSAE:: Connection refused (10061)*** FAILED: Connect failed

Test 7: Event Pri -OK- 59ms

Test 8: Event Alt -OK- 106ms

*** Partial failure.

- Check firewall

I have checked firewall, have the game on exceptions... tried shutting off windows firewall, tried shutting off linksys router firewall... no other firewalls running, tried combinations of everything I could think of... and yes I have used this router for years its just fine.

I was getting 32% packet loss in game just before this... but then thats nothing new lately.

I crash constantly, get disconnected constantly... ect.,...
