I'm afraid this bug still exisits DOC.

I have just RTB'd a havoc with 100% health crew, only on one engine & unit did not reserve. & was registered as critical.

umm, but it takes about 7 hours for a busy ground crew at a active airfield to move the aircraft into the hanger, yank the busted engine, and install a new one? then make sure it's working.
