AF Rank

My airforce rank when I select the AF persona is 3 but if i spawn in- then spawn out then try to get into a rank 3 gear it wont let me. My icon will also display rank 2. Every time i go back into persona selection then back into a brigade it resets to rank 3.

Rank under level 5 are bugging.
