Lockup of mouse during bootup

This has happened on occasion. When I boot the offline version it locks the mouse into the top left corner. You cannot use it even if you alt-tab to another application running. You cannot use it to select something once the game has finally booted. The only way to get it to be used is to Cntl-Alt-Del. Once you do that you get the mouse back.

Can confirm this.

Generally happens when I have Opera open or if I try to alt tab during the load process.
