rank issue

can anyone help me with my rank i am a e3 axis airforce but it has been switching my back and fourth can i cant get in a e3 plane as you can see at my image link below. http://img121.imageshack.us/img121/6245/battlegroundeuropeissue.jpg

ps: i contacted support and still no help from them considering canceling my account for a while unil this game gets a little more bugs fixed and batter support.

It says you are Gefreiter. In the airforce that is rank 2, it is rank 3 in the army.

are u awereof that u start at rank0 and not 1? could that be the issue?
