The first few releases of 1.31 seemed fine, but I am now getting some odd graphics effects.

I am getting this same problem, but I am getting black spikes stiking across the screen

I had nearly the same issue, had red/purple-ish streaks that would flicker on every tree and shrub (think it was only when I viewed them through optics/gunsights) tonight in beta on the .29 version. Also, any cp flags I saw were just static, non-moving, and a solid red color.

Logged out, updated my ATI 4670's drivers to the 10.2 version, problem solved on all counts. Wasn't able to test long, but it seemed like I got about a 20-25% FPS increase.
