.29] Axis capture bar is same as Allied, Red -> Blue

I vaguely remember noting the capture bar starts all Red, turning to Blue, with blue when done capturing.

I was able to test Allied capping to Axis, and the bar goes from Red -> Blue which is the same colors in 1.30.

I was not able to confirm the Axis Red -> Blue, but someone else mentioned seeing this, so I post. I ask someone to please confirm this to make sure.

I confirmed.

As Axis, if you enter an enemy held CP, the status bar turns RED, with a BLUE arrow showing up and slowly changing the bar to ALL BLUE, just like Allied.

Red for enemy only applies to aircraft, and only if you leave it at the default color.

When it come to Town/City ownership, Blue = Allies, Red= Axis

Red is always enemy except on the map...hmm.

Friendly icons are always blue.

I'll talk to ramp about it, not really thrilled with the capture bar anyway.
