I'm not entirely sure this is a 1.30 specific bug but I've never noticed it in the live version as far as I can remember: when you are inside a tank and look upwards you can see the sun shine thru the steel.

Ahh, OK turned my settings up to balanced and bingo. Ticketed #3890.
