It seems like the beta server has been open for several days but there are no rats or hc on. If it's going to be left open could you reset the map or clear the stupid Frankfurt AO? Also, I'd be happy to be beta HC til it goes live so that we can set up attacks and defenses and so forth.

I thought it was supposedly set up so all people would be HC on the beta. I must have retained my in-game HC status then.

It's possible to set your rank to whatever you want but that doesn't give you HC privileges apparently. I made myself country leader and I still can't get the control panel to come up or set AOs.
