PC Patch from 1.31.0.32 to 1.31.0.33

Often faster to download these directly instead of with PlayGATE.

The Mac appears to work on my machine but is considerably smaller than the PC so it might have some issues.

Do we have more effective bombs now, like Doc said two weeks ago that in .32 the bomb effects will be redone?

.32 and .33 Readmes does not tell anything about revised bombs...

Bombs were adjusted in both releases. I have not gotten any specific changes listed for the read me.
